In view of Cancellation & diversion of trains due to cyclone, East Coast Railway has made special arrangement for opening of Passenger Reservation System (PRS) Counters till 2200hrs (10.00P.M.) instead of 1400hrs (02.00P.M.) on 12thOctober 2014 (Sunday) at important Stations in order to help the passengers in getting refund.

Additional Enquiry Counters have also been opened at Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Brahmapur and Puri Stations for the benefit of the passengers.
