Having gained the wonderful experience of knowing ecology from close corners over the last two decades, I behave like an objective chronicler of it. Fake jackets: powerful have the right, poor are 420!
India2Sides: If a poor fellow buys a fake degree to earn a better livelihood, it is illegal; if a powerful politician boasts of fake degrees, that's celebrity affair!
